2. Keep the cooling system clean Before the arrival of the summer, the cooling system should be thoroughly descaled and cleaned to make the pump and radiator pipes unblocked to ensure the normal circulation of the cooling water. In addition, weeds such as weeds attached to the surface of the radiator should be removed in time.

3. Prevent water leakage from the leakage cooling system from occurring in the pump bushing. At this time, properly tighten the water seal compression nut. If it is invalid, it indicates that the filler has failed and should be replaced in time. The filler can be wound with a asbestos rope coated with graphite powder.

4. Pay attention to the tension of the belt. The fan belt is too loose and easy to slip, so that the speed of the fan and the pump is reduced, and the wind is insufficient. If the fan belt is too tight, the bearing load is too large, the wear is intensified, and the power consumption is increased. The general requirement is that the belt sag is in the range of 10 mm - 15 mm when pressed with the thumb in the middle of the belt. When it is too loose or too tight, it should be adjusted in time.
